cool song.. the one thing i noticed it seems that in some points a filter or some sort of occilator sounds a bit to strong in parts of the vocals..but maybe thats the sound u were shooting for not sure?..anyways im going to listen to the next one.

Well, I love stuff like this... no question... A wonderful mix of Steely Dan-ish jazz, and Motown...
It does have a bit of a vintage quality to it, and that's part of its' charm!
Production's excellent, and those vocals just make it for me... they're just the coolest (and that high note knocks me out every time)!
Sweet... and playlist, of course!

Rolling On Floor Laughing! You're a gem, man! Don't know how you can so consistently pull off this over the top classic funk sound, but It's a wonderful thing Big Grin And definite High Five! for those 3:00-end wails. A solid study in funk and r&b.

I can't take all or much of the credit. I was playing guitar and keys mostly on this seesion. The bass and vocals are Cedric Napoleon from Pieces of a Dream and Jeff Bernstein from Bastogne and burnz on drum sequencer. Two funk masters.
